Help with getting it all done on time
However hard you work, e-mail, colleagues and acts of God will often leave you behind schedule on one initiative or another. Usually quite a difficult one.
Hiring extra staff is not the answer at the moment.
Nor is asking junior colleagues to step up a level, if you don’t have time to coach them.
Why not hire someone experienced to sort out your project for you, with a fresh viewpoint, and who doesn’t secretly lust after your job?
